When the next quarter is published, with a countdown
13F is not a live holdings table. It is a quarterly report that lands up to 45 days after the quarter it describes, four times a year. Knowing when the next one drops is worth more than refreshing for it.
The SEC requires any institutional manager holding more than $100 million in US-listed equities to file a 13F-HR within 45 days of each calendar quarter end. That fixes the four deadlines at roughly 15 May, 14 August, 14 November and 14 February.
A deadline that lands on a Saturday or Sunday rolls to the next business day, which this page accounts for.
This page does NOT account for US federal holidays. A holiday rolls the deadline too, but the holiday list moves year to year, and a stated approximation beats a confidently wrong date. The SEC filing calendar is authoritative.
